We love Houston. We love Texas. This is where gospel drummers flourish in their craft, learning the discipline that opens the door to every genre. Where country radio, Emory, and Sunday morning worship coexist in the same childhood. Where the space between tradition and experimentation creates something honest. The story we wanted to tell could only happen here.
Before the studio, there was a small apartment on Grisby Street in Houston. That’s where we started writing songs, recording demos, figuring out what our sound was supposed to be.
Today, Grisby Studios is where we create our own music and work with a select group of independent artists who get it.
